Construction Starts On The Westerly, Which Will Offer Multi-Care Senior Living In Pewaukee

Matter Development and ICAP Development announced that construction has started in the Village of Pewaukee on their new senior living community called “The Westerly”, in partnership with local operator Koru Health.

The Westerly will feature 138-units in a continuum-of-care setting – including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and a specialty care suite called Aperi. The community is featured on a highly visible 4.7-acre site near the intersection of Highway 164 and Capitol Drive – across from the Meadow Creek Market shopping center. Construction on the four-story building is anticipated to take approximately 20-months, welcoming residents in early 2025.

“Seniors in Pewaukee will have an active and social lifestyle on this highly-connected site,” says Matter Development CEO Aaron Matter. “As we build these communities, we listen and learn just how much seniors want to be active in the larger community and how the amenities in the building need to be designed to invite family and friends to visit them. They want their kids and grandkids to visit, and they want to live in a place where that’s easy for everyone.”
